How are you leaning into your personal growth in the challenges you're facing? What areas do you struggle with that prevent health and vitality in your life? Are you processing the pain you’ve experienced? What does looking forward look like for you?
I work with my clients to identify and overcome barriers to their health and well-being by naming emotions, recognizing the body’s signals, and using writing processes and other exercises to work through adverse experiences, build healthy interpersonal relationships and set a course to hit new growth targets.
I also specialize in helping couples prepare for lifelong love using the Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts pre-marriage assessment.
It is my desire to bring {greater} life to women, teens and young marriages through biblical precepts. Loving the Lord your God with all of your heart, soul, mind and strength. And loving others as yourself.
